Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct
wj809 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The platform employs automated fraud detection systems that monitor for irregular betting patterns, multi-accounting, chip dumping, arbitrage abuse and any other conduct that exploits the platform or harms other players. Accounts found in breach of fair play standards are subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of all balances pending review.

- Collusion between players — including arranging game outcomes, sharing cards or coordinating bets — is a serious breach and will result in permanent account closure.

- Any form of money laundering, fraudulent chargebacks or use of stolen payment credentials on wj809 will be reported to the relevant authorities.
Account Suspension and Termination
wj809 may suspend or permanently close any player account without prior notice if a breach of these T&C is suspected or confirmed, if fraudulent or abusive behaviour is detected, or if continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players. In cases of permanent closure due to confirmed fraud or abuse, all account balances may be forfeited. Where closure is made for any other reason, wj809 will return the available account balance to the player via the original deposit method.
- Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting wj809 support. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will be processed normally.
- Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. wj809 will notify the account holder by email before applying any dormancy policy.
- Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened during the self-exclusion period. Players who have self-excluded and subsequently attempt to open a duplicate account will have the duplicate closed immediately.
Intellectual Property
All content on the wj809 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, promotional materials and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of wj809 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Limitation of Liability
